Pistachio

Pistachio is one of the most important agricultural products in Iran, with Kerman and Khorasan provinces being the main producers. Generally, pistachios come in various types, including Akbari, Ahmad Aghaei, Kal Ghouchi, Fandoghi.

Each of which has different sizing and grading.

Pistachios are usually packaged in vacuum-sealed 10-kilogram packs or 40-50-60 kilogram bags. The consumption of pistachio slices has increased in the confectionery and chocolate industry compared to previous years. The slices are often vacuum-packaged in 10-kilogram packs and available for distribution. Among these, Qazvin province produces the most flavorful, colorful, and therefore more expensive pistachio slices due to the presence of a special variety.
